Michael Landon
One of the most known not only as an American actor but also as a writer, director and producer is MICHAEL LANDON. He successfully started 3 popular NBC TV series.
His outstanding performance are as Little Joe Cartwright in Bonanza (1959-1973), Charles Ingalls in Little House on the Prairie (1974-1983), & Jonathan Smith in Highway to Heaven (1984-1989).
In 1976 Landon wrote & directed an auto-biographical movie, The Loneliest Runner, which was nominated for 2 Emmy's. In 1981 he won recognition for his screenwriting with a Spur Award from the Western Writers of America.
